SP 500 Z
Premium Superplasticizer for Self-Compacting Concrete

SP 500 Z is a new-generation superplasticizer admixture based on polycarboxylate ether (PCE) technology. It is specifically formulated to maintain slump for extended periods, making it ideal for concrete production in hot climates or during long transport times, while also achieving high strength performance.

Mechanism of Action:
SP 500 Z functions by generating repulsion between cement particles through the formation of like charges, and by creating a coating on the surface of cement particles. This steric hindrance prevents particle accumulation, resulting in maximum efficiency and workability. The duration of workability retention depends not only on the concrete temperature but also on the cement type, aggregate grading, and the amount of admixture used.

Dosage:
Recommended dosage is 0.4% to 1.2% of the weight of cement or cementitious materials.
