SP 603
Premium superplasticizer for self-compacting concrete

SP 603 is a new generation superplasticizer additive based on polycarboxylate ether technology. This product is designed to maintain slump for a long time to make concrete in hot weather or long transportation conditions and obtain high resistance.

Mechanism of effect:

On the one hand, SP 603 prevents the accumulation of cement particles by creating a repulsion between the cement particles and forming charges of the same name, and on the other hand, by creating a crust on the surface of the cement particles and preventing the accumulation of cement particles.

Indications:

Pumped concrete, self-compacting concrete, underwater concreting, industrial floor concreting, special concrete with micro-silica, fly ash, slag, etc.

Consumption:

It can be used at the rate of 0.4 to 1.2 percent of the weight of cement or cement compounds.
