High-Performance Superplasticizer for Concrete

SP 100 R is a new-generation superplasticizer based on polycarboxylate ether (PCE) technology.
It is designed to retain slump over extended durations, making it ideal for producing high-performance concrete with long haul times and high strength development.

Mechanism of Action:

SP 100 R acts in two ways:

• Electrostatic repulsion between cement particles by forming like charges

• Steric hindrance by creating a protective shell around cement particles to prevent flocculation

Applications:

• Pumped concrete

• Self-compacting concrete (SCC)

• Underwater concrete placement

• Industrial floor concreting

• Special concretes with microsilica, fly ash, or slag
