MTZ 4000 is a product based on fatty acids and amino compounds along with additives to improve particle size, which is used to reduce energy consumption in the grinding process. This product produces a new special surface for the final product by disintegrating particles with the aim of increasing the production capacity and improving the crystal network and controlling mechanical-chemical reactions.

Mechanism of action:

Particles will be affected by the same electric charges according to two hypotheses after being absorbed by the reduction aid and placed in the magnetic current:

Development of microcracks due to reduction of surface energy
Reducing the hardness of the material due to the movement and disintegration of the layers close to the surface
