Shrinkage-Compensating Additive Powder for Concrete and Grout

GEX 105

GEX 105 is a single-component dry powder based on controlled expansion agents. It is used in grout and concrete mix designs to compensate for shrinkage caused by cement hydration, when used in the correct dosage.

Benefits:

• Prevents plastic shrinkage in concrete and joints by creating early-stage expansion

• Improves compressive strength in grout applications

• Reduces surface cracks in both grout and concrete, especially when combined with water-reducing agents

Applications:

• Production of non-shrink grout for installing heavy equipment and machinery

• Cementitious grouts and mortars for outdoor leveling instruments and fast-setting surfaces

• Special non-shrink concrete for bridge foundations, base plates, and concrete boxes

• Concrete casting in repair applications: beams, columns, slabs, walls, and foundations
