Non-Shrink Cementitious Grout
G2200
G2200 is a cement-based grout containing thickening powders, additives, and graded silica sand, designed for layered applications up to 15 cm thickness.
Applications:

Grouting between concrete and metal surfaces in industrial installations

Grouting under column baseplates and precast concrete parts

Grouting under base plates

Anchoring long or thick rebars

Repairing damaged concrete in industrial structures
Advantages:

Can be applied in 15 cm layers

Crack-free with no final shrinkage

Water-resistant, and achieves compressive strength similar to concrete
Execution Notes:

Increasing water ratio improves workability but may cause early cracking during the shrinkage phase

Do not pour mortar directly from PP bags onto wet or contaminated floors, as it may cause cracking or poor adhesion
