Ready-to-Use Tile Adhesive Paste

CARTILE PS 500 is a one-component tile adhesive paste based on emulsified resins, various mineral powders, and thickeners. It is supplied as a ready-to-use adhesive for indoor applications.

Applications:

• Installation of ceramic tiles, stone, and porcelain on interior walls of residential buildings, kitchens, bathrooms, and parking structures

• Suitable for use on gypsum walls, precast concrete panels, laboratories, food storage areas, and more

• Fast and easy application due to single-component formula

• High flexibility and resistance to limited vibrations

• Excellent adhesion to concrete and smooth wall surfaces

Standard Compliance:

EN 12004 – TYPE D2T

Application & Instructions:

• Apply using a 4 mm or 6 mm notched trowel at approx. 2.5–4 kg/m²

• After opening the container, use within 30 minutes

• Application area must be dry. Avoid cold environments; optimal drying temperature: 15–30°C

• Full bond strength is achieved after 24 hours
