Polymer Waterproofing Membrane – Alternative to Bitumen Membranes (Isogam)

CARIZ 105 is a two-component hybrid system based on polymer-modified cement and acrylic resin, offering high flexibility and elongation. It is designed for waterproofing both concrete and non-concrete surfaces.

Applications:

• Waterproofing cementitious floors and walls

• Sealing wet areas, sanitary facilities, swimming pools, and drinking water tanks

• Waterproofing in water and wastewater treatment plants

Advantages:

• High resistance to temperature changes (-40°C to +80°C) and UV radiation

• High flexibility and elongation up to 300%

• Excellent adhesion to concrete, gypsum, steel, and various construction materials

• Crack bridging capability up to 2 mm

• Impermeable to water and resistant to harmful ions such as chlorides and sulfates

• Pre-weighed mix ratio for easier application

• Anti-algae and does not cause efflorescence

• Resistant to alkaline environments and inorganic acids
