CARFLOOR 34

CARFLOOR 34 is an industrial floor surface hardener in powder form, applied by broadcasting over freshly laid concrete.
It is made from highly resistant mineral aggregates, special cement, and chemical additives that enhance compressive and abrasion strength while forming a dry, non-slip surface.

Applications:

• Reinforcement of concrete surfaces in high-traffic industrial floors

• Suitable for use in metal, automotive, steel, casting, and painting industries

• Surface strengthening for parking lots, terminals, and busy industrial zones

Advantages:

• Excellent resistance to abrasion, impact, and heavy machinery load

• Reduces surface shrinkage and prevents cracking

• Improves adhesion to concrete and creates a durable layer resistant to water, oil, and chemicals

Application Method & Recommendations:

• CARFLOOR 34 should be broadcast over partially set fresh concrete.

• Recommended dosage: 3–5 kg/m² depending on traffic conditions

• After application, the surface should be troweled manually or mechanically for a smooth, uniform finish.

• Curing with water spray or plastic sheeting is recommended under high temperatures or dry conditions.
