One-Component Polyurethane Sealant

CARFLEX 111

CARFLEX 111 is a one-component polyurethane-based mastic that cures by reacting with ambient humidity.
It is designed for sealing joints and gaps on horizontal and vertical surfaces. It forms without air bubbles and provides high tensile elongation up to 25%.

Applications:

• Sealing joints in water and wastewater treatment plants, and chemical storage tanks

• Expansion joints in concrete floors, walls, and surfaces of industrial halls and cold storage rooms

• Expansion joints in concrete pumps and tunnel construction equipment

Advantages:

• Suitable for waterproofing and airtight sealing; easy to apply

• Fast setting and functional within a few hours after application

• Long durability and delayed cracking under chemical exposure

• Excellent abrasion resistance with high mechanical strength

Standards:

• ASTM C 920 TYPE S GRADE P

• ISO 11600 F

Joint Preparation:

The depth of the joint must be proportionate to half its width. Excessive depth may cause air bubble formation.

Packaging & Shelf Life:

• Packaging: 600 ml sausage

• Application: Applied with standard caulking gun

• Shelf life: Up to 12 months from production date
