CARCEMENT 812 is a product based on fatty acids and amino compounds with additives to improve particle size, which is used to reduce energy consumption and increase capacity in the crushing process for all types of cement.

This product produces a new special surface for the final product by disintegrating particles with the aim of increasing production and also controlling mechanical-chemical reactions.

Mechanism of action:

The particles will be affected after absorbing the wear aid and being exposed to the magnetic current of the same electric charges, according to two hypotheses:

Development of microcracks in the coating around bullets due to the reduction of surface energy
Reducing the hardness of the material due to the movement and disintegration of the layers close to the surface
