Dual-Function Grinding Aid and Performance Enhancer for Cement

CARCEMENT 660 is a hybrid additive based on fatty polymers and amino alcohol compounds, combined with fatty alcohols and known for its long-term stability.
It is used in roller mills and ball mills to enhance grinding performance and reduce the agglomeration of cement particles on grinding media and liner surfaces.

Mode of Action:

By optimizing particle size distribution and improving flowability, it eliminates ultra-fine and oversized particles, improves cement workability, boosts compressive strength, and reduces energy consumption.

CARCEMENT 660 works via three mechanisms:

• Particle coating to lower surface energy

• Reducing agglomeration during particle motion

• Minimizing interaction with Fe & Al ions and enhancing hydration reactions

• Increases mill output, reduces energy use, and lowers CO₂ emissions

• Enhances both early and final compressive strength

• Improves flow and reduces setting time

• Delivers uniform particle distribution, eliminates clusters, and improves separator efficiency

• Reduces gypsum demand and allows for higher mineral additives (e.g., slag, pozzolans)

Recommended Dosage:

100 to 500 g per ton of raw feed material entering the mill
