CAR EPZ 505 is a two-component epoxy-based coating containing zinc powder (zinc-rich), formulated and designed to serve as a self-protecting anti-corrosion primer for metallic surfaces.

Mixing Instructions and Consumption:

Mix component A with B at a 4:1 ratio thoroughly. Gradually add component C (zinc powder) while stirring until a uniform mixture is obtained.

Apply the mixed product by spray or airless sprayer.

Consumption: Approximately 100 microns dry film thickness, equal to 300 g/m²

Application temperature: between 5°C to 40°C
