G 2000

G 2000 is a cement-based grout composed of thickening powders, additives, and graded silica sand, designed for layered applications up to 8 cm per layer.

Applications:

• Grouting between concrete and metallic surfaces in industrial facilities

• Grouting beneath column baseplates and heavy machinery foundations

• Grouting under base plates

• Anchoring large-diameter or long rebars

• Repairing damaged concrete in industrial structures

Advantages:

• Applicable in layers up to 8 cm

• Crack-free with no final shrinkage

• Impermeable to water with high compressive strength

• Easy and quick installation with strength comparable to concrete

Execution Notes:

• Increasing the water-to-powder ratio improves workability but may lead to early-age cracking due to shrinkage

• Avoid pouring the grout directly from PP bags onto wet, oily, or dirty surfaces, as it may cause cracking or poor adhesion
