CAR EP3000

CAR EP3000 is a three-component epoxy-based grout, modified with non-shrink properties, low gel temperature, and high mechanical strength, designed specifically for large-volume grouting applications.

Applications:

• Mounting heavy machinery on concrete or metal surfaces requiring quick return to service

• Grouting under base plates in high-temperature conditions

• Grouting sensitive equipment bases in wet or wastewater environments

• Grouting equipment foundations exposed to heavy vibration and impact

Advantages:

• High early-age mechanical and chemical resistance, excellent adhesion

• Easy mix ratio without the need for specialized tools

• Excellent vibration resistance

Standard Compliance:

• ASTM C 881 TYPE 1,2,4,5

Packaging:

• A = 5 kg

• B = 1.570 kg

• C = 40 kg

Special Considerations:

• Suitable for application in cool environments (18°C to 24°C)

• Can be applied in 15–20 cm thick layers, with 24-hour intervals between layers
