SP 160
Premium superplasticizer for high performance concrete

SP 160 is a new generation superplasticizer additive based on polycarboxylate ether technology. This product is designed to maintain slump for a long time to make concrete in long transportation conditions and obtain high resistance.

Mechanism of effect:

On the one hand, SP 160 prevents the accumulation of cement particles by creating a repulsion between the cement particles and forming charges of the same name, and on the other hand, by creating a crust on the surface of the cement particles and preventing the accumulation of cement particles.

Indications:

Pumped concrete, self-compacting concrete, underwater concreting, industrial floor concreting, special concrete with micro-silica, fly ash, slag, etc.

Amount of use: It can be used in the amount of 2 to 6% of the weight of cement or cement compounds.

Packaging: SP 160 is supplied in 20 gallons, 220 barrels and 1100 kg tanks.
