SP 500V

Premium superplasticizer for self-compacting concrete

SP 500 V is a new generation superplasticizer additive based on polycarboxylate ether technology. This product is designed to maintain slump in a limited time for making concrete in cold weather and workshop transportation conditions and obtain high resistance.

 

Mechanism of effect:

On the one hand, SP 500 V prevents the accumulation of cement particles by creating a repulsion between the cement particles and forming charges of the same name, and on the other hand, by creating a crust on the surface of the cement particles and preventing the accumulation of cement particles. The duration of maintaining efficiency is limited to 30 minutes and of course it will be a function of concrete temperature, type of cement, granulation and amount of additives.

Note: When the temperature of concrete drops below zero, we will need to comply with the conditions of concreting in cold weather.

Consumption:

It can be used at the rate of 0.2 to 1.8 percent of the weight of cement or cement compounds.
