Concrete debinder

CARODEB 118 is a suspension separator based on natural oils soluble in water, which after evaporation of the solvent forms a separator film layer that prevents concrete from sticking to the base body. The thickness required to create the separating layer is approximately 0.3 mm, which is easily provided on horizontal surfaces with two or three layers.

Advantages:

It has a separating agent by means of physical interaction

Removing possible bubbles at the junction of mold and concrete and creating a suitable surface

Consumption:

According to the roughness of the base surface, approximately 250 to 400 grams per square meter is used in the form of two or three layers.

Note: To start the second layers, it is necessary to ensure that the previous layer is dry. Each layer becomes almost colorless after drying.
