CARTILE 502 powder, which is based on flexible adhesives, various mineral powders along with cement and thickening materials, is produced as a single-component powder for installing tiles, ceramics, stone, etc.

Implementation method and recommendations:

Each 20 kg bag of CARTILE 502 is mixed with approximately 4800 grams of water and between 3 and 5 kg of it is applied per square meter using a toothed spatula. It should be noted that after making the dough, there is only 2 hours of time for execution, so it should be produced in limited quantities. It is necessary for the ambient temperature to be above 5 degrees and in the cold season, the necessary temperature should be provided in the working environment. It is necessary for surfaces with high water absorption to be sanded before implementation. In the height implementation of stone or ceramic pieces, be careful that the work is done in several stages so that the weight of the pieces does not cause slipping and sliding.
