Waterproof and anti-lubricant penetrating liquid (one component)

CAROSEAL is a liquid soluble in water or an organic solvent made on the basis of silicone materials with the property of deep penetration into building materials such as concrete, stone, brick, etc., which makes surfaces waterproof and oil-proof without changing color.

Uses:

Concrete surfaces in the facade of the building to seal and prevent the absorption of dirt and grease
Stone and concrete surfaces exposed to damage caused by de-icing agents and sunlight
Waterproofing and oiling of concrete floors in covered and open areas despite the breathability of concrete

Working method and dosage:

It is better that at least 28 days have passed since the life of the concrete structure and the surface is completely dry and free of loose particles.

CAROSEAL single-component liquid is applied with the help of a brush or spray in two layers, one hour apart (at least the time required for the first layer to dry) from each other.

The amount of consumption is 0.3 to 1 liter per square meter depending on the absorbent nature of the substrate.
