Penetrating, polishing, waterproof and dustproof liquid (one component)

PENTICO 911 is a water-soluble liquid made on the basis of emulsion penetrating resins with the property of deep penetration into building materials such as concrete, stone, brick, etc., which makes surfaces waterproof and dustproof without changing color.

Uses:

Covering concrete, brick and stone surfaces in the facade of the building to seal, shine and prevent dust absorption
Increasing the wear resistance of stone and concrete surfaces exposed to damage caused by de-icing agents and sunlight
Waterproofing and dusting the surfaces of travertine stones and prefabricated walls

Advantages:

Easy to use due to water solubility and no harmful petroleum solvents
Due to its high penetrating power and elasticity, it penetrates into the pores and loose places of the material and becomes the factor of stabilizing the surface.
High durability and impermeability of surfaces without changing the shape and color of the structure

Working method and dosage:

It is better that at least 28 days have passed since the life of the concrete structure and the surface is completely dry and free of loose particles.

In the first step, it is necessary to apply the primer (one-to-one mixing of 911 PENTICO with water) in order to obtain a more suitable penetration depth in the cracks, and then apply the single-component liquid 911 PENTICO with the help of a brush or spray in two layers. It is performed at a distance of 2 hours (at least the time required for the first layer to dry) from each other.

The amount of consumption depends on the absorbent nature of the work bed from 0.1 to 0.3 liters per square meter and two layers in total.
